What you will do

• Lead large-scale federal health implementation and monitoring projects for agencies such as CMS.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams across implementation planning, data collection, and performance reporting.
• Develop and execute business growth strategies, including leading proposal pursuits and bid management.
• Supervise, mentor, and foster high-performing project teams and operational staff.
• Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings and translate project insights into strategic publications and briefs.
• Ensure project alignment with federal contracting standards, fiscal requirements, and operational stability.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship available).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in health economics, public health, public policy, or related social science.
• 10–15 years of leadership experience in health policy or federal health program management.
• Successful track record of serving as a lead on complex federal health contracts.
• Strong understanding of CMS program structures and implementation science methodologies.
