What you will do

• Embed directly with customers to maximize the value of Adaptive Engine deployments.
• Develop and experiment with pipelines to personalize models using synthetic data and production signals.
• Own end-to-end problems from initial ideation to production validation.
• Collaborate with research staff to productionize frontier research initiatives.
• Identify customer needs to contribute to the product roadmap.
• Report progress to a distributed team with a focus on asynchronous communication.

Requirements

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent software engineering experience.
• 4-8+ years of technical consulting or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, covering both rapid prototyping and production-level deployments.
• Passion for generative AI and developing foundational technologies for LLMs.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse technical teams with a focus on empathy.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Toronto or New York.

Nice to have

• Background in machine learning research or practical model tuning.
• Experience in high-scale production AI environments.
