What you will do

• Partner with the sales team to engage prospects and map business challenges to product solutions.
• Design and deliver compelling technical demos tailored to specific customer use cases.
• Lead and manage technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) and pilots to ensure success.
• Build prototype pipelines and fine-tuned LLMs using the Adaptive Engine platform.
• Translate technical requirements into custom proposals and architecture recommendations.
• Influence the product roadmap by providing customer feedback to research and product teams.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in New York or Toronto.
• 4–8+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role.
• Strong programming skills with Python for rapid prototyping and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with data science, machine learning, or NLP.
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in fine-tuning or adapting models.
• Passion for generative AI and hands-on demo development.
