What you will do

• Define and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and user input.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop functional specification documents and use cases.
• Analyze subject matter expert feedback to refine project scope and deliverables.
• Create wireframes and information architecture to support system design.
• Interface with IT counterparts including project, development, and QA managers.
• Validate business requirements against technical capabilities to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Proven experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end-to-end implementation background.
• Demonstrated expertise in CRM integration and working with business systems.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and user input analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
• Experience working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary technical project teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale web projects, particularly B2B e-commerce platforms.
• Background in cognitive design, information architecture, or user-centered design.
• Knowledge of Human-Computer Interaction principles.
