What you will do

• Administer, monitor, and optimize the Cisco infrastructure portfolio, including firewalls and network analytics.
• Manage secure remote access solutions and enforce network segmentation policies.
• Deploy and tune next-generation perimeter defense and detection tools.
• Respond to and investigate security incidents across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to design secure, compliant architectures.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff regarding platform operations and security standards.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise networking and security management.
• Significant hands-on experience with Cisco platform configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong proficiency in network firewalls, perimeter defense, and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience with hybrid cloud security fundamentals across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Practical knowledge of software/firmware patch management and vulnerability remediation.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as CCNP Security, CISSP, or equivalent cloud security certifications.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools to streamline security operations.
