What you will do

• Participate in daily network, firewall, and operational support activities.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and failures using industry best practices.
• Deploy technology solutions aligned with customer business and security requirements.
• Analyze operational issues and maintain accurate documentation for active events.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evolve system roadmaps and make critical architectural decisions.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network deployment, configuration, and architectural design.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing positions.
• Minimum CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge.
• Proficiency with Fortinet, Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto, and Aruba platforms.
• Strong understanding of encryption, SSL/TLS, and NGFW features.

Nice to have

• Fortinet NSE 6 or NSE 7 certifications.
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud networking.
• Experience with SASE and wireless access-control platforms like Cisco ISE or Aruba ClearPass.
