Location: Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia. Role follows a hybrid model with a strong on-site presence (3 days per week) at the Belgrade office.

What you will do

• Own IT support across EMEA and serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues.
• Manage device lifecycles, asset registration, and endpoint security standards.
• Support and optimize office networking, infrastructure, and connectivity.
• Develop automation scripts, workflows, and integrations to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor direct reports while scaling the regional IT function.
• Oversee IT procurement, vendor management, and cybersecurity compliance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a Systems Administrator or IT Operations role.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Proven ability to manage MDM platforms like FleetDM or Intune.
• Deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM), 2FA, SAML, and SCIM.
• Experience resolving advanced L2/L3 technical support escalations.

Nice to have

• AWS certifications (SysOps Administrator, Solutions Architect).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code practices (Terraform, GitOps).
