Location: Must be based in Europe (Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands). Remote, hybrid, or onsite options available.
Salary: €1,740–€1,900 (gross) per month.

What you will do
- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions using Active Directory.
- Support standard business applications including MS Office, email clients, and VPN.
- Log and track incidents and service requests in ticketing systems like Jira Service Management.
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including equipment provisioning.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a Helpdesk or Technical Support role.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux OS.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and access control.
- Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Intermediate or higher English level.
- Must be located in one of the listed European countries.
