On behalf of an IT services company delivering network design, implementation, security, and maintenance.
They design, implement, secure, and maintain IT infrastructures for clients across different industries, helping them build stable, scalable, and secure network environments. Supports clients across industries with scalable and secure infrastructures.
✨Job Overview:
Build, maintain, and support client network infrastructures
Work on both new deployments and existing environments
Ensure high availability, security, and performance
Travel internationally for installations, upgrades, and support
✨Key Responsibilities:
-Design, deploy, and maintain network infrastructures
-Build environments from scratch (firewalls, routing, VPNs, wireless)
-Manage and optimize existing networks
-Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls
-Implement SD-WAN with primary and backup ISPs
-Configure and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs
-Set up high availability (HA) solutions
-Manage switching, VLANs, routing, NAT, and security policies
-Monitor performance and resolve network issues
-Work with MikroTik devices when needed
-Coordinate with ISPs and vendors
-Document configurations and infrastructure changes
-Provide recommendations for improvements
✨Requirements:
-Proven experience in network administration/engineering
-Strong FortiGate firewall expertise (essential)
-Solid knowledge of SD-WAN, VPNs, IPSec, and HA
-Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT)
-Experience with both new setups and existing environments
-Troubleshooting skills across complex networks
-Willingness to travel internationally
-Strong communication and documentation skills
✨Preferred Qualifications:
-CCNA (required or strongly preferred)
-Fortinet certifications (advantage)
-MSP or multi-client environment experience
-Knowledge of wireless, cloud networking, and security best practices
-Experience with disaster recovery and redundancy planning
✨Ideal Candidate:
-Hands-on and reliable professional
-Comfortable managing multiple client environments
-Strong in building secure networks from scratch
-Proactive problem-solver with FortiGate expertise
-Open to travel and on-site technical work
