What you will do

• Plan and execute software deployment schedules using specialized distribution tools.
• Analyze logs and system traces to identify dependencies and resolve distribution failures.
• Serve as the central point of contact for incident triage and escalation management.
• Coordinate release scopes and manage multiple development environments across various product lines.
• Document processes, lessons learned, and contribute to knowledge base expansion.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and external customers to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum C1 level proficiency in English.
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical support or software release environment.
• Strong understanding of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with remote software distribution or endpoint management, preferably with ATMs.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Belgrade office.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ITIL methodologies.
• Experience with software distribution tools like CA Unicenter or SCCM.
• Proficiency with SharePoint.
