What you will do

• Manage, monitor, and maintain server infrastructure and cloud environments.
• Configure and support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Ensure system availability, backup processes, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Monitor performance and investigate infrastructure-related incidents.
• Manage user access, security controls, and compliance configurations.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to maintain infrastructure consistency.

Requirements

• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
• 3+ years of experience as a SysOps Engineer
• Strong knowledge of Linux or Windows Server administration
• Hands-on experience with configuration management (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet)
• Proven cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools, monitoring systems, and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)

Nice to have

• Cloud certifications (AWS or Azure)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes
• German language proficiency (Pre-Intermediate or above)
