What you will do

• Perform clinical laboratory assays to support diagnosis and treatment.
• Conduct quality control studies to verify clinical data accuracy.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot complex laboratory instrumentation.
• Document laboratory procedures and data in accordance with CLIA standards.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and laboratory team training.

Requirements

• Current California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License (Generalist or CGMBS) required
• Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, or biological sciences
• Must be able to work onsite in Union City, CA
• Basic proficiency with LIMS, Google Docs, and data analysis tools
• Attention to detail and ability to work within strict timeframes

Nice to have

• Experience in a clinical start-up environment
• Knowledge of medical genetics or cell-free DNA protocols
• Familiarity with manual molecular biology techniques
