What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of EMR Integration Specialists to ensure high-quality field and clinic-level support.
- Manage the end-to-end EMR integration lifecycle, from implementation planning to go-live and ongoing support.
- Handle technical triage and escalations, partnering with Engineering and Product teams to resolve complex integration issues.
- Build and optimize scalable operating rhythms, playbooks, and documentation for the EMR support function.
- Establish metrics and reporting to track customer health, SLA performance, and integration readiness.
- Collaborate with Sales and external stakeholders to improve onboarding workflows and customer experience.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years of experience in EMR integrations, interoperability, or healthcare IT.
- Must have 3+ years of experience leading teams and scaling cross-functional programs.
- Proven background in EMR implementations and technical project management.
- Technical aptitude for issue triage and familiarity with privacy/security requirements (HIPAA).
- Willingness to travel (up to ~50% required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with SOC 2 and audit-ready healthcare processes.
