What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of EMR Integration Specialists to ensure high-quality field and clinic-level support.
• Manage the end-to-end EMR integration lifecycle, from implementation planning to go-live and ongoing support.
• Handle technical triage and escalations, partnering with Engineering and Product teams to resolve complex integration issues.
• Build and optimize scalable operating rhythms, playbooks, and documentation for the EMR support function.
• Establish metrics and reporting to track customer health, SLA performance, and integration readiness.
• Collaborate with Sales and external stakeholders to improve onboarding workflows and customer experience.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience in EMR integrations, interoperability, or healthcare IT.
• Must have 3+ years of experience leading teams and scaling cross-functional programs.
• Proven background in EMR implementations and technical project management.
• Technical aptitude for issue triage and familiarity with privacy/security requirements (HIPAA).
• Willingness to travel (up to ~50% required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and audit-ready healthcare processes.
