What you will do

• Manage and scale a portfolio of affiliates, influencers, and creators across the American market.
• Identify, onboard, and support new partners while ensuring alignment with marketing goals.
• Execute and optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize performance and ROI.
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable data insights to refine acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to integrate initiatives with product launches.
• Represent the company at crypto conferences and creator meetups across America.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in affiliate, influencer, or performance marketing, preferably in crypto or tech.
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs that drive measurable user growth.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Must be based in the US with the ability to travel to NYC for events.
• Active participation in crypto markets and deep understanding of DeFi and onchain ecosystems.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish.
