What you will do

• Design and execute performance marketing campaigns across paid and organic social channels to drive scalable user acquisition.
• Manage social media end-to-end, creating high-engagement content that converts awareness into on-chain actions.
• Analyze DeFi metrics and ad platform data to identify and implement growth hacks that improve retention and volume.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build and test growth experiments, including referral programs and drip campaigns.
• Run targeted ad campaigns focused on segmentation and retargeting to maximize cost-per-acquisition efficiency.
• Track and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights into ad spend ROI and protocol growth.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in performance marketing and growth hacking within fintech, crypto, or startup environments.
• Proven track record of managing paid ad campaigns that have achieved measurable scaling.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel for cohort analysis.
• Hands-on expertise managing social media strategies and creating professional-grade assets using design and AI tools.
• Deep understanding of DeFi primitives such as staking, restaking, and Liquid Staking Tokens.

• Experience scaling brand or personal socials to 20k+ engaged followers in the crypto space.
• Previous experience working at high-TVL protocols.
