Senior Affiliate Growth Manager (Web3): Defining and scaling the Wallet Affiliate & Ambassador Program across 20+ countries with an accent on recruiting and activating affiliates, KOLs, and ambassadors. Location: Remote with access to hubs in Dubai, Yerevan, London and Belgrade.

What you will do
- Design, own, and scale the Wallet Affiliate & Ambassador Program by defining strategy, setting targets, and executing initiatives to recruit and activate affiliates.
- Scale the program across 20+ countries with clearly defined KPIs.
- Explore and test new partnership channels (communities, platforms, events, etc.).
- Design commission structures, incentives, and promotions to drive performance.
- Manage partner relationships and keep them engaged long-term.
- Own performance tracking and continuously optimize campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in crypto affiliates and partnerships.
- Experience working with KOLs, creators, and communities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to drive and deliver performance and achieve KPIs.
- Strong communication skills, including negotiating terms and managing partners.
- Deep understanding of crypto audience, trends, and key platforms (Telegram, X, etc.).
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages.

- Existing network in crypto (KOLs, communities, partners).
- Experience building programs from scratch.
