Senior IT Business Analyst (Fintech): Analyzing and optimizing business processes for a client in the insurance domain with an accent on Guidewire CC/BC/PC implementation projects. What you will do
- Analyze and optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Prepare backlogs and prioritize requirements.
- Map business processes and translate technical language into business language.
- Create reports, presentations, and recommendations supporting strategic decisions.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and prepare case studies and business cases.
Requirements
- Strong, at least 4+ years of experience as a business analyst.
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes, ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, BPMN modeling, etc.
- Experience as BA in Guidewire CC/BC/PC implementation project (on-prem or cloud).
- Experience in claims data migration.
- Experience in integration with internal and external systems.
- Experience in FNOL, reserves and exposure analysis and implementation.
- Ability to map business processes and translate technical language into business language.
- Ability to create reports, presentations, and recommendations supporting strategic decisions.
- Experience working with stakeholders - gathering requirements, defining KPIs, preparing case studies and business cases.
- English (B2/C1+) language skills.
- Guidewire certification.
