What you will do

• Analyze and optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders.
• Prepare backlogs and prioritize requirements.
• Map business processes and translate technical language into business language.
• Create reports, presentations, and recommendations supporting strategic decisions.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and prepare case studies and business cases.

Requirements

• Strong, at least 4+ years of experience as a business analyst.
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes, ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, BPMN modeling, etc.
• Experience as BA in Guidewire CC/BC/PC implementation project (on-prem or cloud).
• Experience in claims data migration.
• Experience in integration with internal and external systems.
• Experience in FNOL, reserves and exposure analysis and implementation.
• Ability to map business processes and translate technical language into business language.
• Ability to create reports, presentations, and recommendations supporting strategic decisions.
• Experience working with stakeholders - gathering requirements, defining KPIs, preparing case studies and business cases.
• English (B2/C1+) language skills.
• Guidewire certification.
