What you will do

• Define and govern global KPI frameworks.
• Develop and maintain reporting structures, dashboards, and performance tracking (e.g., Power BI).
• Govern tracking and ensure high data accuracy and completeness.
• Define and enforce data quality standards and master data governance.
• Develop and maintain the global After Sales Toolbox (KPIs, templates, system standards, frameworks).
• Ensure clear governance and continuous improvement of tools and ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience in analytics, performance management, or systems governance in a global organization.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting (e.g., Power BI).
• Knowledge of service management systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and data governance practices.
• Proven ability to implement frameworks and governance models across multiple markets.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate across functions and seniority levels.
