TL;DR

Senior Data Interface Consultant: Driving the standardization of technical interface design for data products, including models, schemas, and internal design with an accent on supporting the transition towards a data mesh setup. Focus on embedding testing, CI/CD, schema evolution, and technical interface design as natural elements of the development process.

Location: Hybrid Warsaw / Gdańsk / Gdynia (2/3 days from the office per week)

Salary: 1100-1300 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Drive the standardisation of technical interface design for data products, including models, schemas, and internal design.
• Support the scaling of data product development in line with the 2030 strategy and data mesh approach.
• Enable the transition from semi-manual data product builds to a more BAU-oriented engineering process.
• Ensure that testing, CI/CD, schema evolution, and technical interface design are embedded in the development lifecycle.
• Work closely with information modellers to evolve ways of working, including requirements management and stronger engineering involvement.
• Collaborate with Architecture, as well as technology, governance, and delivery organisations.

Requirements

• Experience in information modelling (logical and physical).
• Experience in implementing and scaling API design and management or similar solutions.
• Experience in driving change in processes and organisational culture.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with integration patterns.
• Familiarity with metadata management.
• Familiarity with governance procedures.
