TL;DR

Growth Manager (AI): Planning, executing, and optimizing demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, and outbound channels to scale enterprise customer acquisition with an accent on hands-on execution and performance analysis. Focus on building and managing ABM, SEO, and paid strategies, connecting marketing efforts directly to revenue and pipeline outcomes.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid).

What you will do

  • Execute end-to-end paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, managing budgets and targeting.
  • Build and scale ABM campaigns in collaboration with sales to target high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Own SEO and content-led growth initiatives to drive sustainable organic traffic.
  • Create, test, and optimize landing pages, ad copy, and email sequences.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics including pipeline contribution, CAC, and ROI.
  • Experiment with new growth channels, formats, and targeting strategies to accelerate acquisition.

Requirements

  • Proven experience running growth campaigns at a B2B SaaS company or in an agency environment.
  • Hands-on expertise managing paid campaigns on Google and LinkedIn with a focus on pipeline rather than vanity metrics.
  • Deep understanding of SEO and its application to demand generation.
  • Practical experience with ABM or account-based outbound strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to write high-converting ad copy and landing page content.
  • Fluency in AI tools to enhance creativity, research, and operational scale.
