What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end features within a Django-based platform to improve contract review workflows.
• Build and maintain backend services that integrate AI and machine learning components.
• Develop secure multi-tenant functionality and role-based access controls.
• Create user-facing experiences for contract submission and document review.
• Implement feature-flag-driven delivery for controlled rollouts and experimentation.
• Optimize application performance through efficient PostgreSQL query design and database management.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• Strong experience with Python and Django in production-grade web applications.
• Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL, including complex query design and performance optimization.
• Proven experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications with client data isolation.
• Solid frontend development skills using server-rendered applications and UI technologies like TailwindCSS.
• Practical experience with feature flags and controlled production rollouts.

Nice to have

• Experience with HTMX or similar hypermedia-driven frontend technologies.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development and LLM-powered tools.
