Senior Python Fullstack Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end features in a Django-based contract intelligence platform.
• Build backend services integrating contract review workflows with AI and machine learning components.
• Develop secure multi-tenant functionality, client data isolation, and role-based access controls.
• Create user-facing experiences for contract submission, document review, and contract intelligence exploration.
• Integrate asynchronous ML workflows for job execution, result retrieval, and annotated contract data presentation.
• Improve platform performance and release safety through PostgreSQL optimization, transaction management, and feature flags.

Requirements

• Strong production experience with Python and Django, including models, views, ORM, and migrations.
• Advanced PostgreSQL skills, including complex queries, transactional consistency, and performance optimization.
• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications with data isolation, authorization models, and role-based access control.
• Frontend development experience with server-rendered applications and UI technologies such as TailwindCSS or DaisyUI.
• Practical experience with feature flags, controlled rollouts, and production delivery.
• Ability to drive technical solutions independently and collaborate effectively with engineering, ML, DevOps, and product stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with HTMX or similar hypermedia-driven frontend technologies.
