Forward Deployed Engineer (GenAI)

Location: Remote US

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 USD annually, including base salary and performance-based incentive.

What you will do

• Partner directly with enterprise clients to define requirements, clarify success criteria, and shape annotation guidelines.
• Translate ambiguous client and model-development needs into clear, scalable data workflows.
• Design, deploy, and optimize datasets, pipelines, validation systems, and workflow automations.
• Own final data quality and deliver datasets that meet defined accuracy, reliability, performance, and acceptance criteria.
• Build reproducible and observable validation pipelines that reduce manual review, rework, variance, and validation time.
• Develop reusable quality frameworks and validators for adoption across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Experience working with GenAI, machine learning, or model evaluation data.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing data pipelines, validation systems, or workflow automation.
• Experience owning final data quality and determining delivery readiness.
• Ability to translate business or model-development needs into technical workflows and validation logic.
• Confidence working directly with client engineering or machine learning teams.
• Strong documentation practices focused on reproducibility, observability, and reliability.
