What you will do

• Serve as the functional consultant for various business departments including sales, marketing, and support.
• Administer and configure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment.
• Automate business processes to improve organizational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain internal reports, dashboards, and system documentation.
• Collaborate with international development teams in Denmark, Poland, and Ukraine.
• Analyze data and workflows to increase overall system adoption and utilization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CRM Functional Consultant or in a similar role for at least 2 years.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• English language proficiency at a B2+/C1 level.
• Ability to work effectively with commercial, financial, and operational teams.
