Senior Salesforce Developer (Legal)

Location: Colombia. Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.

What you will do

• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Architect and implement complex Salesforce configurations, customizations, integrations, data models, and process automations.
• Integrate Salesforce with document management systems, e-discovery tools, client portals, and other third-party applications.
• Establish development standards, conduct code reviews, create documentation, and mentor Salesforce developers.
• Optimize system performance, data integrity, security, user experience, and role-based access controls.
• Train attorneys, paralegals, and support staff; provide documentation and Tier 3 technical support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, including large-scale implementations.
• Advanced experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, robust data models, automation strategies, and integration architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, OmniStudio, and MuleSoft, plus Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong analytical, communication, planning, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday during Eastern Time business hours and be based in Colombia.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Platform Developer II certification.
• Experience with legal industry workflows, document automation, client intake processes, and legal technology integrations.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
