Salesforce Developer (Legal Tech)

Location: Colombia; preferred location is South America. Fully remote with a 9 AM–5 PM EST schedule.

Salary: USD 2,000–2,400 per month

What you will do

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications for legal operations.
• Build custom objects, fields, layouts, flows, validation rules, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL solutions.
• Translate client intake, case management, medical records, liens, demands, settlements, and case milestones into automated workflows.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs, webhooks, middleware, REST, and SOAP.
• Develop reports and dashboards, manage data imports and migrations, and maintain data integrity and access controls.
• Gather requirements, document solutions, support users, troubleshoot issues, and improve existing systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, Salesforce APIs, architecture, data models, security, and integrations.
• Mandatory experience with a US law firm.
• Experience with legal case management, personal injury, intake, settlement, lien, medical records, or client management workflows is strongly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities independently.
• Must be comfortable working fully remotely with a US-based team during 9 AM–5 PM EST.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot.
