What you will do
- Deploy and maintain machine learning systems in real-world production environments.
- Make critical system-level decisions regarding architecture, performance, reliability, and cost.
- Build and optimize APIs for AI-driven applications using modern backend frameworks.
- Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD, model versioning, and infrastructure as code.
- Collaborate on complex technical reviews and system design discussions with peers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience building and deploying ML systems in production.
- Must be based in LATAM.
- Strong expertise in Python and deep learning fundamentals.
- Experience with NLP and modern frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
- Proven background in backend development with FastAPI or Flask and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong proficiency in English to clearly communicate technical decisions.

- Familiarity with containerization and infrastructure as code.
