What you will do

• Define and evolve the product roadmap for metrics pipelines, dashboards, and AI-augmented insights.
• Lead development of features that translate statistical models into user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct discovery with technical stakeholders to identify needs and define structured product specs.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data science teams to balance feasibility with product quality.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and execution to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Establish customer feedback loops and integrate insights into the product development cycle.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in data-heavy domains like experimentation or analytics.
• Strong expertise in experimentation systems, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and statistical significance.
• Experience designing data visualizations for technical or executive audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineering and data teams on APIs and metrics pipelines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with strong cross-functional influence.

Nice to have

• Background in building developer tools or productivity platforms.
• Fluency in SQL and experience with prototyping or data notebooks.
