What you will do

• Lead customer AI deployments end-to-end from initiation to live implementation.
• Define and track clear success metrics to ensure projects meet business goals on time.
• Translate complex AI technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for customers.
• Collaborate deeply with internal product, engineering, and GTM teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive customer excitement, adoption, and scaling of AI initiatives.
• Bring structure and momentum to complex deployment initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience leading technical or AI-driven SaaS implementations.
• Strong project management skills combined with a consultative mindset.
• Ability to interpret and work with technical concepts, data, and analytics.
• Bias toward execution, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
