What you will do
- Lead a team of PMs owning assessment authoring, assessment delivery, enterprise platform, and user experience.
- Drive decision-making from behavioral data and ensure instrumentation is designed in from the start.
- Ensure Workera’s AI-native skill verification system is an experience that enterprise customers renew on and grow into.
- Own model behavior as a product problem, including prompts, failure modes, guardrails, and evaluation.
- Drive continuous discovery and ensure customer insight and usage data are first-class inputs to every prioritization decision.
- Establish an operating model that captures the advantage of AI, proving that a focused team can outpace larger organizations.
Requirements
- You've led a PM team and can point to initiatives where your ability to align, prioritize, and execute across functions was the deciding factor.
- You've built feedback systems, and customer conversations and usage data are first-class inputs to every decision you make.
- You treat instrumentation as a product requirement and have built products where measurement was designed in from the start.
- You're analytically fluent and know how to interpret behavioral data.
- You think about AI as a product design problem and have hands-on experience shaping how LLM behavior becomes user experience.
- You understand enterprise deployment realities and have built with those constraints in mind from the start.
Nice to have
- Exposure to psychometrics, talent science, or evidence-based design is a meaningful plus.
