What you will do
- Provide efficient technical support for hardware and software to global partners and users.
- Manage and document support cases accurately within the company CRM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer feedback.
- Deliver support through various channels including online sessions, phone, email, and occasional on-site events.
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch (B2+), English, and Ukrainian proficiency required.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills for problem-solving.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a professional environment.
- Must be based in or able to work from the office in Kyiv (Unit.City).
