What you will do
- Provide efficient technical support for hardware and software via phone, email, and online sessions.
- Manage and document support cases within the company CRM system.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to escalate and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with reselling partners and end-users.
Requirements
- English: B2 level required for internal communication.
- Ukrainian: Proficiency required for partner and end-user interaction.
- Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in technical support or customer-facing roles.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
