Salary: $120,500 – $160,000

What you will do

• Build and enhance the Data Intelligence Platform, including pipelines and agentic infrastructure.
• Partner with Data Scientists to develop AI platform capabilities and complex agentic applications.
• Design scalable data features for ingestion, storage, governance, and ETL.
• Implement engineering best practices across software, data, and ML engineering.
• Use AI-assisted tools while maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and performance.
• Contribute to planning, roadmap definition, and architectural reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience with strong foundations in algorithms and data structures.
• Proficiency in languages used for AI/Data (Python, Java, C++, Go, or Scala) plus SQL.
• Solid understanding of data engineering concepts (ETL, modeling, governance).
• Experience with cloud-native big-data environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration in a remote, distributed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic systems or autonomous agents.
• Familiarity with DBT, Airflow, Snowflake, or Django.
• Background in HR tech or performance management systems.
