What you will do

• Lead pre-sales technical discussions, workshops, and client presentations as an AI and MT subject matter expert.
• Design and architect AI-enabled solutions that integrate with the GlobalLink platform.
• Gather and translate complex client business requirements into scalable technical configurations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to position strategic platform capabilities during RFP/RFI processes.
• Define implementation roadmaps and establish KPIs for pilot programs and client deployments.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal AI/MT engineering teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Direct experience with MT, Generative AI, LLMs, or NLP technologies.
• Proven background in pre-sales, client services, or technical account management.
• Experience working on complex, multi-faceted localization projects.
• Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication and client-facing skills.
• Technical mindset with the ability to manage projects under pressure.
