Content Solutions Engineer (Pre Sales, AI)

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for AI, machine translation, generative AI, LLM, and NLP-related sales opportunities.
• Lead client presentations, workshops, technical discussions, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Design AI-powered workflows and scalable GlobalLink configurations for complex localization challenges.
• Support pre-sales across GlobalLink, including workflow automation, integrations, reporting, and content management.
• Propose pilots, implementation roadmaps, KPIs, and success metrics, coordinating deployment with internal teams.
• Contribute technical expertise to RFP and RFI responses and support strategic client relationships.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree.
• Direct experience with machine translation, generative AI, LLM, NLP technologies, solutions, or services.
• Experience in direct sales, client services, key account management, or program management.
• Several years of experience with complex localization projects and familiarity with the localization industry.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal communication and client-facing skills.
• Technical mindset, attention to detail, ownership, urgency, and experience managing multifaceted projects from inception to launch.
