Focus on analyzing industrial data, deploying scalable AI solutions, integrating models into enterprise products, and improving model performance in collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Location: Singapore-Yishun; remote work option available

What you will do
- Develop machine learning and statistical models that improve manufacturing quality, productivity, and operational performance.
- Analyze production, quality, engineering, equipment, enterprise, and supply chain data to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
- Design and prototype AI solutions using machine learning, Generative AI, computer vision, and optimization techniques.
- Support production deployment, model monitoring, and continuous improvements to solution accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with software, automation, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, IT, and business teams to integrate AI into digital products.
- Communicate analytical findings and technical recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience applying machine learning, statistical analysis, or AI techniques to real-world problems through academic, research, or industry projects.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Interest in applying AI to business and manufacturing challenges.
Nice to have
- Experience with manufacturing or industrial analytics.
- Computer vision, time-series analytics, Generative AI, or large language models.
- Cloud-based AI platforms or MLOps.
- Industry 4.0 or smart manufacturing.
