What you will do

• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations with GPU and cloud providers, to ensure capacity and pricing.
• Own the recruiting pipeline from sourcing to offer, and lead onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Establish and maintain company operating rhythms and organizational systems.
• Coordinate legal contracts like NDAs and MSAs while leading compliance efforts such as SOC 2.
• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities within the creative AI landscape.
• Plan and oversee expansion efforts, including finding new office spaces.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco
• Experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or early-stage startups.
• Strong ability to build systems, processes, and lightweight automations from scratch.
• Proven track record in vendor or partnership negotiations (GPU, cloud, or API providers).
• High agency with a proactive approach to identifying and solving operational gaps.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce concise documentation and updates.
