TL;DR

Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager (SaaS): Executing customer expansion, adoption, and engagement programs across the APAC region with an accent on translating global strategy into regionally relevant campaigns. Focus on driving upsell, cross-sell, retention, and long-term customer value through data-driven lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate unassisted to Sydney, Australia, with a requirement to work in-office 3 days per week.

What you will do

  • Execute customer lifecycle programs supporting upsell, cross-sell, and renewals across the APAC market.
  • Partner with APAC Customer Success and Sales leaders to align regional growth motions with global objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Data teams to identify expansion opportunities and risk signals.
  • Manage APAC customer engagement through webinars, user groups, and advocacy initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance using CRM, marketing automation, and BI tools to drive actionable improvements.
  • Refine regional customer journeys to accelerate activation and increase long-term customer value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS customer or lifecycle marketing experience required.
  • Must be located in Sydney, Australia or willing to relocate unassisted.
  • Demonstrable experience executing global lifecycle frameworks within regional markets.
  • Hands-on proficiency with CRM, marketing automation (Pardot), and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Proven track record of driving expansion pipeline and renewal impact.
  • Background in IT, MSP, cybersecurity, or endpoint management.

  • Experience with 6sense and Pendo platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage customer incentive programs.
