What you will do

• Grow hirify.global’s B2B participant panel across regions, industries, and niche audiences.
• Run acquisition strategies across paid, partnerships, referrals, and unconventional channels.
• Improve how people sign up, qualify, and participate in research.
• Work with Delivery and Customer teams to understand demand and build supply that matches it.
• Experiment relentlessly, testing ideas quickly and measuring what matters.
• Adapt strategies by market, audience, and context, working directly with regional teams.

Requirements

• Experience growing a funnel, marketplace, system, or product.
• Strong analytical instincts to spot patterns and adjust quickly.
• Experience running experiments and learning from them.
• Ability to operate without a clear playbook.
• Clear, direct communication skills.
• A bias toward action.

Nice to have

• Experience targeting B2B or professional audiences.
• Experience in two-sided marketplaces or supply/demand environments.
• Experience working across multiple regions.
