What you will do

• Design end-to-end SAP solution architecture across Utilities and Oil & Gas landscapes, specifically SAP S/4HANA.
• Define architecture blueprints, roadmaps, and transition strategies aligned to enterprise principles.
• Lead complex proposal responses for $50M+ TCV pursuits, including effort estimation and commercial modeling.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, driving strategy and program execution.
• Govern solution implementation across multi-workstream programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Champion delivery methods and tools while ensuring sustainable outcomes and operational reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 15+ years of professional experience in SAP transformations with focus on IS-U/Oil & Gas
• Must have completed 5+ full lifecycle SAP implementations with S/4HANA experience
• Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation skills for large-scale program management
• Expertise in both greenfield and brownfield S/4HANA transformation approaches
• Proven track record in leading and presenting $50M+ proposals

Nice to have

• Architecture certifications such as TOGAF
• Relevant SAP domain certifications
• Consulting industry experience (Big 4 or large systems integrator)
