What you will do

• Configure and develop the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
• Partner with architects and business analysts to transform requirements into viable solutions.
• Implement integrations with third-party systems using API and Integration Hub.
• Manage Update Set creation and migration according to Global IT Change Management processes.
• Execute unit testing prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5 years of ServiceNow development experience, including 2 years in SPM/ITBM.
• Proficiency with workflows, flow designer, business rules, scripts, and ACL rules.
• Proven knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Must be based in Charlotte, NC.
• ServiceNow certification.
• Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
