Location: Must be based in the UK (Manchester, London, Birmingham, or Bristol) with a hybrid requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

What you will do

  • Lead high-profile Transition & Transformation programmes from pre-sales assurance through to in-life delivery.
  • Act as the executive escalation point for customers and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and momentum.
  • Provide delivery sign-off on major bids and influence strategy to ensure successful transition into operations.
  • Develop and mentor senior programme leaders and practice managers to build an inclusive, accountable culture.
  • Drive performance against critical KPIs including revenue milestones, cost to serve, and NPS.
  • Shape transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and delivery models.

Requirements

  • Must possess 5 years minimum residency in the UK to obtain mandatory SC Clearance.
  • Proven track record in senior leadership roles spanning both pre-sales and programme delivery.
  • Ability to operate effectively at C-suite and executive customer levels.
  • Strong commercial awareness paired with deep expertise in delivery management.
  • History of successfully delivering large-scale, complex programmes within a business environment.
