What you will do
- Lead high-profile Transition & Transformation programmes from pre-sales assurance through to in-life delivery.
- Act as the executive escalation point for customers and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and momentum.
- Provide delivery sign-off on major bids and influence strategy to ensure successful transition into operations.
- Develop and mentor senior programme leaders and practice managers to build an inclusive, accountable culture.
- Drive performance against critical KPIs including revenue milestones, cost to serve, and NPS.
- Shape transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and delivery models.
Requirements
- Must possess 5 years minimum residency in the UK to obtain mandatory SC Clearance.
- Proven track record in senior leadership roles spanning both pre-sales and programme delivery.
- Ability to operate effectively at C-suite and executive customer levels.
- Strong commercial awareness paired with deep expertise in delivery management.
- History of successfully delivering large-scale, complex programmes within a business environment.
