What you will do
- Direct medium to complex social media programs with budgets between £10m and £15m, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, platform priorities, and financial targets.
- Lead delivery and account operations with a focus on coordinating diverse studio teams across social content production, asset management, and influencer partnerships.
- Develop and drive program vision, managing organizational change while ensuring integrated outcomes across business functions.
- Establish KPIs, track performance, manage budgets, and implement corrective actions to optimize performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Oversee end-to-end social media asset production across formats, ensuring quality, brand consistency, and on-time delivery at scale.
Requirements
- 20+ years of global program/project management experience, with a significant focus on social media, content production, or digital marketing.
- Proven expertise in overseeing large-scale social media account portfolios, including asset production operations and influencer or creator partnership programmes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire large teams.
- Advanced organizational skills and the ability to navigate competing priorities.
- Robust client management and strategic planning abilities, with an understanding of social media channel strategy, content trends, and influencer marketing best practices.
- Experience in managing financial operations, including budget tracking and revenue forecasting.
