Location: Must be based in London for a hybrid role (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Salary: £750/day (Inside IR35)

What you will do

• Act as the primary client point of contact to translate strategy into actionable change.
• Lead multiple change initiatives at the portfolio or programme level.
• Coordinate and guide project managers to ensure consistent delivery.
• Manage governance, risks, and issues across complex project landscapes.
• Influence stakeholders and internal teams without direct line management authority.
• Optimize resource utilization and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Senior experience in change leadership and account management.
• Strong background in portfolio or programme management for unconnected projects.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Exceptional storytelling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work 4 days per week in London.
