TL;DR
Account Executive (Sales): Driving net new business for the global HR platform with an accent on lead generation, cold calling, and full-cycle sales management in the APAC region. Focus on qualifying high-velocity opportunities, navigating complex pricing negotiations, and exceeding sales quotas within a distributed team.
Location: (Global). Must be based in or have the ability to work within the APAC time zone.
Compensation: $224,000 SGD – $252,000 SGD (On-Target Earnings)

What you will do
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to deal closure.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling and network development.
- Present product solutions tailored to the needs of small and mid-sized business customers.
- Maintain an accurate, volume-based pipeline of high-velocity opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and smooth onboarding.
Requirements
- Business fluency in English is essential.
- Proven success in sales hunting or SaaS-related roles with a focus on net new logos.
- Experience selling into the ANZ market and familiarity with broader APAC regions.
- Proficiency with sales tech stacks including Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo.
- Strong ability to handle complex commercial and pricing objections.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in an asynchronous, distributed environment.
