Salary: €75,000–€90,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for product domains from discovery through to production-ready specifications.
• Conduct user interviews and prototype testing to translate insights into actionable design direction.
• Improve key product flows to boost conversion, activation, and retention.
• Design high-fidelity UI and interactions while balancing aesthetic quality with development velocity.
• Evolve and contribute to the internal design system to support rapid product growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to define and ship iterative solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience working on complex digital products.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, decision-making, and measurable impact.
• Strong background in designing B2B or SaaS products.
• Proven interaction design skills and systems thinking for handling complex user journeys.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular office presence in Berlin.
• Comfort working with ambiguity and articulating design decisions based on constraints and trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Experience in a scaling startup environment (Seed to Series B).
• Familiarity with mid-market or enterprise-level UX challenges.
• Advanced prototyping and lightweight UX research facilitation skills.
• Experience maintaining or owning parts of a design system.
