Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Berlin, Germany (Hybrid role)
Salary: €75,000–€90,000 per year

What you will do
- Own end-to-end design for product domains from discovery through to production-ready specifications.
- Conduct user interviews and prototype testing to translate insights into actionable design direction.
- Improve key product flows to boost conversion, activation, and retention.
- Design high-fidelity UI and interactions while balancing aesthetic quality with development velocity.
- Evolve and contribute to the internal design system to support rapid product growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to define and ship iterative solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience working on complex digital products.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, decision-making, and measurable impact.
- Strong background in designing B2B or SaaS products.
- Proven interaction design skills and systems thinking for handling complex user journeys.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular office presence in Berlin.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and articulating design decisions based on constraints and trade-offs.
Nice to have
- Experience in a scaling startup environment (Seed to Series B).
- Familiarity with mid-market or enterprise-level UX challenges.
- Advanced prototyping and lightweight UX research facilitation skills.
- Experience maintaining or owning parts of a design system.
