What you will do

• Drive end-to-end product design processes from initial discovery to final delivery.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Develop user personas, journeys, and information architecture for complex messaging workflows.
• Translate technical requirements into intuitive and accessible user interfaces.
• Evolve the design system and maintain high standards of UI consistency.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Solid background in UX/UI design, specifically within the B2B market.
• Experience working on large-scale and complex IT projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or HCI.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Ability to provide a portfolio demonstrating the design process.
