What you will do

• Design and deliver high-quality interfaces through wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Lead large-scale initiatives from vision and strategy through to final execution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and researchers to define user needs.
• Validate design concepts using UX research and behavioral analytics to ensure data-driven decisions.
• Partner with engineering teams to oversee implementation and ensure design fidelity.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system to ensure visual consistency and product scale.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in English for daily communication and documentation.
• Experience designing complex, functional interfaces.
• Strong ability to prototype, verify, and present design reasoning.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-moving, evolving product environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to integrate feedback within a team.
