What you will do

• Run end-to-end product discovery using AI-assisted prototyping and user testing.
• Own UX quality from information architecture to high-fidelity execution in Figma or code.
• Translate user feedback, usage data, and market signals into actionable product insights.
• Build and ship frontend features directly in the production environment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine delivery and ensure technical implementation quality.
• Drive feature prioritization by showcasing working prototypes instead of documentation.

Requirements

• Mid to senior-level experience in UX and product design with a strong portfolio.
• Fluency in both high-fidelity design tools like Figma and vibe-coding/prototyping.
• Strong foundation in data analysis and user research practices.
• Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand the development lifecycle.
• Ambition to grow into a holistic Product Builder role across design, product, and engineering.
• Must be based in or able to work from Berlin, Germany.

Nice to have

• Background in SaaS, marketplaces, creator economy, or EdTech.
• Deep technical skills in frontend development, particularly React.
• German language proficiency.
