TL;DR

Senior Product Designer (UI/UX): Elevating hirify.global’s user experience across mobile, web, and API products with an accent on research, UX, UI, and design systems. Focus on collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams to shape products used by millions.

Location: Remote with monthly Paris office visits (fully reimbursed). Must be based in France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, or the UK

Salary: €70,000 - €90,000 + Stock-Options/BSPCE

What you will do

• Work closely with engineers to bring designs into production, adapting to the requirements of each platform.
• Shape the user experience, balancing platform standards and brand expression.
• Prioritize product impact and pragmatic design decisions.
• Use creative and AI tools to accelerate production.
• Collaborate with the Design, Growth, Community, Brand, and Machine Learning teams.

Requirements

• Active portfolio with recent mobile UI work.
• Good eye for typography, color, and space, as well as a good understanding of responsive design requirements.
• Action-oriented and pragmatic, able to deliver at pace without losing sight of craft or consistency.
• Experience working with a design system.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and work with stakeholders across all channels.
• Experience designing prototypes of user interfaces across multiple platforms (mobile, web, etc.).
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, and knowledge of graphic and animation tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or After Effects.
