What you will do

• Support the product designer and take ownership of day-to-day design tasks for internal martech tools and dashboards.
• Work hands-on with the design system, polishing components and flagging inconsistencies.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and product stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements

• Visual design foundation in UI, graphic, motion, or any design discipline.
• A strong portfolio or side projects.
• Proactive, able to spot gaps and move on them without waiting for a brief.
• Able to get unblocked fast, communicate clearly, and keep the team in the loop.
• Interest in internal tooling and dashboards.
• Strong UI eye and care about polish.
• Currently enrolled in a design-related field and based in Berlin for a hybrid setup.
• Fluent in English.

• Tool-agnostic and AI-curious, having explored beyond Figma.
