What you will do

• Oversee system administration for critical networks to ensure platform stability.
• Develop and maintain business and service continuity models and strategies.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all critical and major incidents.
• Provide direct leadership and direction during high-pressure managed service incidents.
• Deputize for the Senior Manager when required to ensure continuity of operations.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain DV (Developed Vetting) Security Clearance.
• Must have resided in the UK for 10+ years to be eligible for security clearance.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week within a 30-minute commute of Swindon.
• Experience implementing and administrating highly secure, complex IT platform strategies.
• Proven track record of managing and operating complex Network Operation Centres.
• Experience leading teams in high-pressure environments and managing high-profile stakeholders.
